We’ve been shortlisted for another national award
DWA Architects has been shortlisted for a major award in a respected national care home industry competition.
The York-headquartered firm has been nominated in the property consultancy category, in the national LaingBuisson Awards, that is open to all companies in the care home property sector.
The LaingBuisson Awards are widely considered to be one of the premier awards in the health and social care industry, recognising the most inspiring and innovative work in the sector and this year it will herald the 13th edition of the Awards.
Commenting David Ward, Managing Director of DWA Architects, said: “It’s a great compliment to be shortlisted for this award, which is testament to the creativity, design skills and empathy for the needs of residents from our expanding and dynamic team at DWA. This has been borne out through our work both in the UK and internationally.”
With over 30 years’ experience in the care sector, DWA Architects has been involved in over 450 completed care home developments. The company has won 15 awards in its history and has offices in York, Altrincham and London.
The winner will be announced in a glittering ceremony of 850 people in London in November.
