Specialist three-tiered residential and supported living service – open day

December 7, 2015

On Friday 04 December, we were delighted to attend the opening of the new specialist, supported living services, for adults in Bletchley, Milton Keynes.

The development is a specialist three-tiered residential and supported living service, comprising – Roman House, Fenny Mews and Stratford View.

Together, they provide high quality, bespoke, spacious flats which enable independence in environments which individuals can call their home.

The three-tiered service model provides individuals with a transition care pathway to move to more independent living and reduced support on the same site, with the aim to move onto independent living in the community over time. This pathway creates a balance between familiarity and new, and decreases anxieties around change to enable smooth and more successful transitions.

The open day proved to be a huge success and provided the opportunity to see the excellent residential and supported living service available.
