About this project
The main design objective was to redevelop the vacant site fronting Lordship Lane, to create residential accommodation suitable for up to 17 residents with mental health and drug rehabilitation needs. As well as appropriate amenity space too.
This was successfully achieved, as now stands a four storey building which comprises 11 x 1 bedroom and 3 x 2 bedroom supported housing units for people with mental health and drug rehabilitation needs. There is also an A3 unit (cafe) ancillary to the building at ground floor level, with 28 bicycle stands, 5 car parking spaces and an area for refuse and recycling to the rear.
