Acacia Lodge, Henley on Thames

About this project

Acacia Lodge, established on the site of a former car park, is an L shaped building comprising 55 ensuite bedrooms alongside welfare areas and staff facilities.

Rooms are generously sized being well in the excess of the minimum standards. Large areas of glazing are used extensively providing abundant natural light and a strong connectivity between the external and internal areas. At the heart of the scheme is the range of internal and external communal spaces to which all residents have full access.

The hair salon is available to all residents and is complete with state of the art equipment. Residents have a choice of living rooms, all of which have been designed to make the resident feel as if they are living in their own home.
