Luxury care home delivered in West Sussex
Two York firms have worked on delivering a new specialist care home site in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.
DWA Architects and WA Consulting Engineers were key members of the project team that worked on the Bupa-operated Goldbridge luxury care home, which has just opened to its first residents.
The 64-bed care home provides nursing, residential and dementia care and features a cinema, beauty salon and special landscaped gardens that overlook wildlife habitat, Beech Hurst Gardens.
David Ward, Managing Director of DWA Architects commented: “This has been a terrific project to work on and to see it come to fruition. It’s a state-of-the art care home with a range of features and specialist care facilities.”
Other members of the team which helped to deliver this major project include project managers Henry Riley, quantity surveyors Gardiner and Theobald and interior designers Lusted Green.
With over 30 years’ experience, DWA Architects has worked on over 400 care homes across the UK and abroad.
